Hello, Friend!

My name is Anna, and I’ve been creating art since I was old enough to hold a pencil. According to my mother, that moment came when I was just two years old—and I’ve been painting ever since. I never pursued a formal degree in art, but I’ve taken many classes and followed my passion wherever it led me. Art has always been the language I speak best: a place where I can be free, expressive, and real. With over 25 years of creative experience, I’m proud to say that my life has always revolved around the joy and depth that art brings—not only to me but to those I share it with.

Canvas & Co. was born from one of the darkest chapters of my life. I was struggling to survive—nearly homeless, with my car stolen, my job gone, and barely getting by. It was during this time that I was offered a chance to host private paint party events. That experience didn’t just help me get back on my feet—it lit a fire in me. I built Canvas & Co. from the ground up, with no loans, no handouts, and no shortcuts—just patience, hustle, and an unshakable belief in creating something meaningful. Today, Canvas & Co. is a proudly local Las Vegas small business rooted in joy, community, and the simple magic of taking your mind off the world, if only for a little while.

Outside of Canvas & Co., I manage social media for several small businesses in town and continue my personal art practice—often leaving paintings around the city as gifts for strangers or local spots I love. For me, art is about connection, presence, and shared experience. I struggled to name this business until I realized the answer was simple: I bring the canvas. You bring the company. Honest, down-to-earth, and from the heart—that’s what you’ll always find here.
